Shipping and delivery

[How to add data]
After purchase, add a data plan to the designated SIM card via the cloud.
Once the data has been added, a "Data Addition Complete" email will be sent to your registered email address.

[Data addition schedule]
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be added on the same day
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be added sequentially from the next business day.

[Note]
Depending on the email service you use, you may not receive the "Addition Complete" email or it may be sorted into your spam folder.
・If you are unable to receive the email, please set up your email settings to receive emails from the domain [@dhamobile.jp].

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

[About delivery]
Delivery will be considered complete once the data has been added. We will not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to customer reasons after delivery.

[About refunds]
If the reason is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
