Usage procedure
1. Purchase of product
Please purchase this product on our website.
2. Receive the product
The SIM card will be delivered to your registered address.
3. Apply for activation (up to 2 days before travel)
Follow the setup guide and enter the "activation code" in our application form to apply.
Once the application is complete, you will receive a completion notification to your registered email address within 24 hours.
4. Information on phone number
After activation is complete, you will receive a phone number for use in Canada by email from "Phone box".
For added peace of mind, register with "ArriveCAN" before you leave.
5. Set up and start using on-site
After arriving at your destination, insert the SIM card into your device and follow the setup guide to begin using the service.

Shipping and delivery
【Shipping Schedule】
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day
The tracking number will be sent to you via email once the shipment is ready.

Orders are usually delivered via Yamato Transport "Nekopos".

*If you prefer "Takkyubin" (courier service), a flat rate of 1,100 yen will be charged nationwide. (Free shipping for home delivery on orders over ¥5,500 including tax)
*For home delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of ¥1,100 is Required (This fee is not covered by the free shipping offer)
*For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.
