🏣 1. Regarding Pick Up at the Airport Post Office
- Please include your flight number, arrival/departure date & time, and recipient full name in the remarks column below.
- Recipient's name must strictly match the identification document (such as passport).
- Pickup is only available during the post office operating hours (stored up to 8 days).

*For airport pickup, please select the airport and terminal during checkout.
📦 2. Regarding Redelivery Fees
For redelivery due to customer reasons after shipment (incorrect address, missing room/building numbers), a fee will be charged:
- Redelivery Fee: Flat rate of 1,100 JPY
*Redelivery will be arranged after the returned item arrives back at our warehouse.
💳 3. Regarding Cancellation Fees
For cancellations due to customer reasons after ordering, the following fees apply:
- Before shipment: Flat rate 1,650 JPY
- After shipment: 1,650 JPY + Shipping fee
