1.Regarding Pick Up at the Airport Post Office
- For customers who option to pick up at the airport, please include below details in the remarks column on this page:
・Your flight number (e.g: JL098)
・Arrival or departure date and time (arrival: 2026/6/30 14:25)
・Recipient's name (e.g: David Deng)
- Please ensure that recipient’s name matches the name on the identification document such as passport. Pick up will be refused if the name is different.
- Pickup is only available during the post office's business hours. Please double check for latest operating time. The storage period is up to 8 days.

2.Regarding Redelivery Fees
For redelivery due to customer reasons after shipment (e.g., incorrect address, missing house number/building name/room number, etc.), a fee will be charged regardless of the reason as follows:
Redelivery fee: flat rate of 1,100 yen
*If delivery fails and the product is returned to us, redelivery will be made after the product arrives.

3.Regarding Cancellation Fees
For cancellations due to customer reasons after ordering, a fee will be charged regardless of the reason as follows:
Before shipment: flat rate of 1,100 yen
After shipment: 1,100 yen + shipping fee
