2. Please ensure that the name of the orderer matches the name on the identification document.
3. Pickup is available during the post office's business hours. The storage period is up to 10 days.

[Regarding Redelivery Fees]
For redelivery due to customer reasons after shipment (e.g., incorrect address, missing house
number/building name/room number, etc.), a fee will be charged regardless of the reason as follows:
Redelivery fee: flat rate of 500 yen *If delivery fails and the product is returned to us, redelivery will be made after the product arrives.

For cancellations due to customer reasons after ordering, a fee will be charged regardless of the reason
