【For Additional Purchase (Recharge)】
To add a plan to a router you already own, please follow the steps below to purchase.
① Enter SN (Serial Number): Be sure to enter the SN located on the back of the router.
② Specify Start Date: Enter your departure date (the start date in Japan Standard Time).
③ Plan Loading: After purchase, we will load the plan onto your router via the cloud. No setup is required on the customer's end.

【About the Usage Period】
The usage period is calculated based on Japan Standard Time (JST), with the departure date counting as Day 1.
Usage procedure
1. Order the Product
Please enter the required information on this product page and place your order.
・First-time users: Please also purchase the "SIMO E1 Router Device" separately. Enter your "Departure Date" in the input field.
・Additional purchase (Recharge): Please be sure to enter the "SN (number on the back of the router)" and "Departure Date (start date in Japan Standard Time)" in the input fields.
2. Receive the Product
・First-time users: We will ship the router device with the plan pre-configured to your registered address. Please wait for it to arrive.
・Additional purchase: We will load the plan onto the router you already own. There is nothing to be shipped, so please wait for your usage start date (Japan Standard Time).
3. Start Using
Turn on the power of the SIMO E1 at your destination.
It will automatically connect to the network. Connect your smartphone or PC to the Wi-Fi to start using the service.
Shipping and delivery
【Shipping Schedule】
■ Orders placed by 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.
The tracking number will be sent to you via email once the shipping preparation is complete.
【About Delivery】
Delivery will be made via Yamato Transport "TA-Q-BIN".
【About Shipping Fees】
Free shipping nationwide.
*For deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 JPY is required.
*The "Airport Post Office Pickup Service" costs 1,650 JPY.
【About International Shipping】
This product cannot be shipped internationally.
If an international order is placed, it will be cancelled.
About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds
【Handling Fees】
The following fees will be charged for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.

■ Product Exchanges: 1,100 JPY
*If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping costs will be applied.
