Usage procedure
1. Order the Product
Please order the "SIMO E1" (Cloud Wi-Fi router device *Note 1) and the "Prepaid Overseas Communication Plan" simultaneously on this site.
2. Receive the Product
The "Cloud Wi-Fi Router" with the plan already pre-loaded will be delivered to your registered address.
3. Start Using
Upon arrival at your destination, turn on the SIMO E1.
Select the Wi-Fi SSID (network name) on your device, enter the password, and connect.
Shipping and delivery

■ Orders placed by 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.
We will notify you of the tracking number via email once the shipping preparations are complete.
【About Delivery】
Delivery will be made via Yamato Transport "TA-Q-BIN".
【About Shipping Fees】 Free shipping nationwide.
*For deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 JPY is required.
*The "Airport Post Office Pickup Service" costs 1,650 JPY.
【About Overseas Shipping】
This product cannot be shipped overseas.
