Shipping and delivery

【How to Extend the Period】
After purchase, the period will be added to the designated SIM via the cloud.
Once the extension is complete, a "Period Extension Completed" email will be sent to your registered email address.

【Extension Schedule】
■ Orders placed by 15:00 on weekdays will be added on the same day.
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be added sequentially from the next business day.

【Caution】
・Depending on your email service, you may not receive the "Extension Completed" email, or it may be filtered into your "Spam" folder.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

The following fees will be charged for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.

■ Product Exchanges: 1,100 JPY
*If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping costs will be applied.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during returns or exchanges.

【About Delivery】
Delivery is considered complete at the time the period extension is finished. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience after delivery.

【About Refunds】
・In the event of issues caused by our company, a full refund will be issued.
・For refunds due to customer convenience, the same fees as mentioned above will apply.
