【About the Product】
This product is a top-up data plan for Europe roaming.

When ordering, you will need to enter the following information for your current SIM card:
SIM card number (ICCID)
SIM card phone number
*The entry fields are located at the top of this page.

To ensure a smooth data top-up, please complete your order and payment at least 5 days before your current plan's scheduled end date.

You can purchase Top-up data plans as many times as you like.
Once your current plan ends, it will automatically switch to the Top-up plan.

Shipping and delivery

【How to add data】
After purchase, the data plan will be added to your designated SIM card via the cloud.
Once the data has been successfully added, a "Data Addition Complete" email will be sent to your registered email address.

【Data addition schedule】
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be added on the same day
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be added sequentially from the next business day onwards

【Notes】
・Depending on the email service you use, you may not be able to receive the "Addition complete" email or it may be sorted into your "spam folder".
・If you are unable to receive the email, please set up your email to receive emails from the domain [@dhamobile.jp].
・If you are unsure of how to set up or if you are unable to receive the email, please contact the customer center.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

【About fees】
In the case of cancellation, exchange, or refund due to customer's convenience, a fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

【About delivery】
Delivery is considered complete when the data has been added. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer's convenience after delivery will not be accepted.

【About refunds】
- If the cancellation is due to our convenience, we will provide a full refund.
- Refunds due to customer's convenience will incur the same fee as above.
