【About handling the eSIM QR code】
■ Once the eSIM QR code has been read, it cannot be re-read or reused on a different device.

【About the usage period】
The start date of use (the date you set it) will be the "first day".
For example, whether you set it for 9am or 11pm, the same date will be the "first day".
On the last day of the usage period, you can use it until 11:59pm on that day.

Usage procedure

1. Product Purchase
Please purchase this product on this site.
Within 1 minute of completing your purchase, the "eSIM QR code" will be displayed on the "Thank You page" on your screen.

2. Receiving Email
The following contents will also be sent to your registered email address.

■ "Setup guide"
*Even if you close the Thank You page, you can still check the details from the email.
*If you purchase multiple items, you will receive a separate email for each one. (e.g., if you purchase 3 items, you will receive 3 emails)

3. Setup and Start of Use
Follow the setup guide to scan the QR code and set up the eSIM to start using it immediately.
If prompted for a SIM PIN, please enter "9999".
Once the 5G or 4G antenna icon appears, you are ready to use the service.

【Notes】
・Please display the QR code on another device or print it on paper to scan. Alternatively, if it is displayed on your smartphone screen, you can also scan it by long-pressing the QR code.
・A stable internet connection, such as via WiFi, is required when setting up the eSIM.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

【Handling Fees】
The following fees will be charged for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.
■ Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations: 1,650 JPY
■ Product Exchanges: 1,100 JPY
*If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping costs will be applied.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during returns or exchanges.

【Delivery Policy】
Delivery shall be considered complete at the time the "eSIM QR code" is displayed on the Thank You page. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations requested for customer convenience after delivery completion will not be accepted.

【About refunds】
- If the cancellation is due to our company's convenience, we will provide a full refund.
- The same fee as above will be charged for refunds due to customer convenience.
