[About the product]
This SIM card is a product for people living overseas only.
We can only accept orders if the billing address at the time of ordering is an overseas address.
If your billing address is not overseas, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel your order.

[Number of days of use]
The start date of use (the date it is set) will be considered the "1st day."
For example, whether you set it for 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m., the same day will be "Day 1."
On the last day of the usage period, the service can be used until 23:59 on that day.

2. Receiving your product
The SIM card will be delivered to your registered address.

3. Setting up and starting use
After arriving in Japan, insert the SIM card into your device and follow the setup guide to begin using it.

配送・送料について

[Shipping Schedule]
■ Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.

The shipping number will be sent to you by email once the shipment preparations are complete.

[About shipping]
We usually deliver using Yamato Transport's "Nekoposu" service .

[Shipping Fee]
Free shipping nationwide
*If you would like to use "Takkyubin" delivery, a flat rate of 1,100 yen will be charged nationwide. (Free shipping for Takkyubin orders over 5,500 yen)
*For courier delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, a relay fee of 1,100 yen is required (relay fees are not included in the free shipping)
*The "Airport Post Office Pick-up Service" costs 1,650 yen.

[About overseas shipping]
The following shipping fees apply for overseas deliveries:
■ China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines
・EMS: 2,500 yen
・ePacket: 1,650 yen

■ Other countries (EMS only)
・EMS: 5,000 yen

キャンセル・返品・交換・返金について

[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds due to customer convenience, the following fees will be charged.
■ Before shipping: 1,100 yen
■ After shipping: 1,100 yen + shipping fee

[When returns are possible]
・If the product is unopened, please contact the Support Center (support@nipponsim.jp) within 7 days of arrival.
・Returns are not accepted after the product has been opened.

[Return shipping fee]
・In the event of an initial defect, our store will cover the cost.
・If the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs.

[About refunds]
・If the product is defective upon receipt or the cause is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
