【About eSIM Delivery】
■ Within 1 minute of completing your purchase, the "eSIM QR Code" will be displayed on the "Thank You Page" on the screen. Additionally, the "eSIM QR Code" and "Setup Guide" will be sent to your registered email address.
*If you purchase multiple items, you will receive a separate email for each item. (e.g., if you purchase 3 items, you will receive 3 emails)
*Depending on your email service, you may not be able to receive emails, or they may be sorted into your "Spam folder."

【About handling the eSIM QR code】
■ Once the eSIM QR code has been read, it cannot be re-read or reused on a different device.

【About the usage period】
The start date of use (the date you set it) will be the "first day".
For example, whether you set it for 9am or 11pm, the same date will be the "first day".
On the last day of the usage period, you can use it until 11:59pm on that day.

Within 6 months of purchase
Please be sure to start using the service within the expiration date.
You will no longer be able to use the service after the expiration date.

*If using in Japan, please use on a device with the technical conformity mark.
■ Cannot be used with Rakuten smartphones (Rakuten BIG, HAND, mini, etc.).
■ Most iPhones sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM.

Within 1 minute of completing your purchase, the "eSIM QR code" will be displayed on the "Thank You page" on your screen.

2. Receiving Email
The following contents will also be sent to your registered email address.

■ "Setup guide"
*Even if you close the Thank You page, you can still check the details from the email.

3. Setup and Start of Use
Follow the setup guide to scan the QR code and set up the eSIM to start using it immediately.

【Notes】
・Please display the QR code on another device or print it on paper to scan. Alternatively, if it is displayed on your smartphone screen, you can also scan it by long-pressing the QR code.
・A stable internet connection, such as via WiFi, is required when setting up the eSIM.

【Delivery Method】
