[About sending eSIM]
1. After purchase, an activation code (alphanumeric) and a setup guide will be sent to your registered email address.
2. After activation, you will receive an eSIM QR code.
[Handling of QR codes]
■ Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned, it cannot be rescanned or reused on another device.
■ Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after loading.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Usage start deadline
Within 6 months of purchase
Please be sure to start using the service within the valid period.
It will no longer be available after the expiration date.
Compatible devices
■ An eSIM-compatible and SIM-unlocked or SIM-free device is required.
■ Most iPhones sold in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM.

Usage procedure
1. Purchasing Products
Purchase this product on our website.
2. Receiving email
To your registered email address,
■ "Activation code (alphanumeric)"
■ "Settings Guide"
will arrive.
2. Activation application (up to 2 days before travel)
Please follow the instructions in the setup guide and enter the "activation code" in our form to apply.
3. Receive QR code
After completing the application, an "eSIM QR code" will be sent to the email address you entered within 24 hours.
4. Setting up and starting use locally
Once you arrive at your destination, scan the QR code and set up the eSIM to use it.

・Please apply for activation at least two days before your trip, and set up the eSIM after you arrive at your destination.
- Please display the QR code on another device or print it out on paper.
・When setting up an eSIM, you will need a stable internet connection, such as via WiFi.

[Shipping Schedule]
■ Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.
*After you apply for activation, you will receive a completion email within 24 hours (excluding holidays).

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds
[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.
[About delivery]
Delivery is complete when you receive the email with the eSIM QR code attached. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons after delivery.
[About refunds]
If the reason is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
