[About the product]
The eSIM is a digital product, there is no physical delivery.
Mass retailers sell packaged products with the same model number.

[About sending eSIM]
■ After purchase, an "eSIM QR code" and "setting guide" will be sent to your registered email address.
■ Display the QR code on another device or print it out on paper and scan it.
■ When setting up an eSIM, you will need a stable Internet connection, such as via WiFi.

[About handling of eSIM QR code]
■ Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned, it cannot be rescanned or reused on another device.
■ Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after loading.
Please be aware of this in advance.

[About the usage period]
The start date of use (the date it is set) will be considered the "1st day."
For example, whether you set it for 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m., the same day will be "Day 1."
On the last day of the usage period, the service can be used until 23:59 on that day.

Usage start deadline

Within 6 months of purchase
Please be sure to start using the service within the valid period.
It will no longer be available after the expiration date.

*If you are using this product in Japan, please use it with a device that has the Technical Conformity Mark.
■ Cannot be used on Rakuten smartphones (Rakuten BIG, HAND, mini, etc.).
■Most iPhones sold in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support eSIM.

2. Receiving email
To your registered email address,
■ "eSIM QR code"
■ "Settings Guide"
will arrive.

3. Setting up and starting use
Scan the QR code and follow the setup guide to set up your eSIM.

- Please display the QR code on another device or print it out on paper.
・When setting up an eSIM, you will need a stable internet connection, such as via WiFi.

Shipping and delivery

[Shipping Method]
After purchase, the following will be sent to your registered email address:

[Shipping Schedule]
■ Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.

Depending on the email service you use, you may not be able to receive the email or it may be sorted into your spam folder.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

[About delivery]
Delivery is complete when you receive the email with the eSIM QR code attached. We cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons after delivery.

[About refunds]
If the reason is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
