Usage procedure
1. Ordering the Product
Please purchase this product on our website.
2. Receiving the Product
The SIM card will be delivered to your registered address.
3. On-site Setup & Start of Use
After arriving at your destination, insert the SIM card into your device and follow the setup guide to start using the service.
【Phone Number Information】
After arriving at your destination and inserting the SIM card, you will receive your phone number via SMS.
The phone number will be a Hong Kong number.
Please add "+852" before the 8-digit number notified via SMS when using it.
※ This notification feature is only supported on smartphones. Please note that if the SIM is inserted into a device such as a Wi-Fi router, you will not be able to receive the phone number notification via SMS.
