[About the product]
This product is an additional data plan exclusively for Charge WiFi.
This offer only applies to Charge WiFi Routers (AIR-1) purchased from our company.
If the router was purchased from another company, your order will be cancelled.

When placing an order, you will need the IMEI number of the Charge WiFi router you will be using .
The IMEI number can be found on the back of the product, on the packaging (box), and in the "Device Information" section.
[Usage Period]
You can use it for 365 days from the start of use, or until the data capacity you charged is used up. If you want to continue using it, you can purchase an additional data plan.

[Adding a data plan]
■ Data plans can be added as many times as you need.
■ When your current plan ends, the next plan will automatically begin, so you can use your data efficiently and economically.
■ If you charge before you run out of data, you don't have to worry about running out of capacity and not being able to use it.

配送・送料について

[How to add data]
After purchase, the data plan will be added to the Charge WiFi Router with the specified [IMEI number] via the cloud.
Once the data has been added, a "Data Addition Complete" email will be sent to your registered email address.

[Data addition schedule]
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be added on the same day
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be added sequentially from the next business day.

[Note]
Depending on the email service you use, you may not receive the "Addition Complete" email or it may be sorted into your spam folder.
・If you are unable to receive the email, please set up your email settings to receive emails from the domain [@dhamobile.jp].
・If you are unsure of how to set up or if you do not receive the email, please contact our customer center.

キャンセル・返品・交換・返金について

[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience, a handling fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

[About delivery]
Delivery will be considered complete once the data has been added. We will not accept refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to customer reasons after delivery.

[About refunds]
If the reason is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
