【About the Product】
This product is a one-time purchase. You only need to purchase it initially, and there are no monthly fees for the device itself.
This product can only be shipped within Japan.
Usage start deadline
Within 6 months of purchase (SIM card)
Please be sure to start using the service within the expiration date.
You will no longer be able to use the service after the expiration date.
Usage procedure
1. Purchase of product
Please order this product on our website.
2. Receive the product
The "WiFi router" and "SIM card" will be delivered to your registered address.
3. Apply for activation (up to 2 days before travel)
Follow the setup guide and enter the "activation code" into our application form to apply.
Once the application is complete, you will receive a completion notification within 24 hours to your registered email address.
4. Set up the SIM at your destination
After arriving at your destination, insert the SIM card into the WiFi router, turn it on, and set up the SIM.
5. Connect to WiFi
Select the WiFi SSID (network name) on your device and enter the password to connect.

Shipping and delivery

■Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day
You will receive a tracking number by email once shipping preparations are complete.

Delivery will be by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin.

Free shipping anywhere in Japan
*For Takkyubin to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is Required
*For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.
