Usage start deadline

Usage procedure

1. Purchase of product
Please order this product on this website.

2. Receive the product
The "WiFi router" and "SIM card" will be delivered to the address you registered.

3. Set up the SIM
Insert the SIM card into the WiFi router, turn it on, and set up the SIM.

4. Connect to WiFi
Select the WiFi SSID (network name) on your device, enter the password, and connect.
*It can be used in Japan, so you can check that it works before you leave.

Shipping and delivery

【Shipping Schedule】
■Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day

You will receive a tracking number by email once shipping preparations are complete.

【About Shipping】
Delivery will be by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin.

【About Shipping Fees】
Free shipping anywhere in Japan
*For Takkyubin to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is Required
*For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.

【About Overseas Shipping】
This product cannot be shipped overseas.
