・Other accessories: 3,000 yen

[About the Peace of Mind Insurance Service]
If you sign up for the peace of mind insurance service for 330 yen per day, compensation fees in the event of breakdown, damage, or loss will be 0 yen.

If you are worried about theft or loss, we recommend using our compensation service for peace of mind.

ご利用の流れ

1. Product Order (Rental)
Order this product on our website.

2. Receiving your product
A mobile WiFi router will be delivered to your registered address.

3. Power on your router
Once you arrive at your destination, turn on the WiFi router.

4. Connect to WiFi
Select the WiFi SSID (network name) on your device and enter the password to connect.

5. Return of goods
Within three days of returning home, place all rental items in the enclosed letter pack and drop it in the post.

配送・送料について

[Shipping Schedule]
■ Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
■ Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day onwards.

The shipping number will be sent to you by email once the shipment preparations are complete.

[About shipping]
We will deliver your order using Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin" service .

[Shipping Fee]
Free shipping nationwide
*For courier delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and other remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is required.
*The "Airport Post Office Pick-up Service" costs 1,650 yen.

[About overseas shipping]
This product cannot be shipped overseas.
If you place an order, it will be canceled.

キャンセル・返品・交換・返金について

[Regarding fees]
For cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds due to customer convenience, the following fees will be charged.
■ Before shipping: 1,100 yen
■ After shipping: 1,100 yen + shipping fee

[When returns are possible]
・If the product is unopened, please contact the Support Center (support@nipponsim.jp) within 7 days of arrival.
・Returns are not accepted after the product has been opened.

[Return shipping fee]
・In the event of an initial defect, our store will cover the cost.
・If the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs.

[About refunds]
・If the product is defective upon receipt or the cause is due to our circumstances, we will provide a full refund.
・Refunds due to customer reasons will incur the same fees as above.
