【About sending eSIM】
■ After purchase, we will send the "eSIM QR code" and "setting guide" to your registered email address.
■ Display the QR code on a different device or print it on paper and read it.
■ When setting up the eSIM, a stable Internet connection such as via WiFi is Required.
【Handling of eSIM QR Code】
■ Once the eSIM QR code has been scanned, it cannot be re-scanned or reused on a different device.
■ Returns and refunds are not accepted after scanning.
Please be aware of this in advance.
【About the usage period】
The start date of use (the date you set it) will be the "first day".
For example, whether you set it at 9 am or 11 pm, the same day will be the "first day".
You can use it until 11:59 pm on the last day of the usage period.

2. Receive Emails
You will receive the following to your registered email address:

3. Setup and start using
After arriving in Japan, you can start using the eSIM by scanning the QR code and following the setup guide to set up the eSIM.

・Display the QR code on a different device or print it out on paper.
・When setting up the eSIM, a stable internet connection, such as via WiFi, is Required.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

A fee of 1,100 yen will be charged for cancellations, exchanges, and refunds due to customer convenience.
【About delivery】
Delivery is considered complete when you receive the email with the eSIM QR code attached. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience after delivery will not be accepted.
【About refunds】
- If the cancellation is due to our company's convenience, we will provide a full refund.
- The same fee as above will be charged for refunds due to customer convenience.
