Usage procedure
1. Product Order
Please purchase this product on our website.
Within 1 minute of completing your purchase, your "Activation Code" will be displayed on the "Thank You" confirmation page.

2. Receive Confirmation Email
The following details will also be sent immediately to your registered email address:
■ "Activation Code"
■ "Setup Guide"
*Even if you close the thank-you page, you can still check your details via email.
*If you purchase multiple eSIMs, a separate email will be sent for each eSIM. (e.g., You will receive 3 emails if you purchase 3 eSIMs)

3. Apply for Activation (At least 2 days before departure)
■Follow the setup guide and enter your "Activation Code" into our activation request form to apply.
Once your application is completed, your "eSIM QR Code" and "US Phone Number" will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.

4. Set up eSIM at Your Destination
Follow the instructions in the setup guide to scan the QR code and complete your eSIM setup.


【Important Notes】
- Please submit your activation request at least 2 days before travel, and install the eSIM QR code profile after arriving at your destination.
- Please display the QR code on another device or print it out on paper to scan it. Alternatively, if it is displayed on your smartphone screen, you can also long-press the QR code image to install it.
- A stable internet connection (such as Wi-Fi) is required during eSIM setup.
Shipping and delivery
