Usage procedure
1. Purchase of product
Please purchase this product on our website.
2. Receive the Product
The SIM card will be delivered to your registered address.
3. Activation Application (at least 2 days before travel)
Please follow the setup guide and enter the "Activation Code" in our application form to apply.
Once the application is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
4. Phone Number Notification
After activation is complete, a Canadian domestic phone number will be sent by email from "Phone box".
It is recommended to register with “ArriveCAN” before departure for added peace of mind.
5. Setup and Start Using
After arriving at your destination, insert the SIM card into your device and follow the setup guide to start using the service.

Shipping and delivery
【Shipping Schedule】
■ Orders placed by 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day
■ Orders placed after 3:00 PM on weekdays and on weekends/holidays will be shipped sequentially from the next business day
The tracking number will be sent by email once the shipment is ready.

Usually, delivery is made by Yamato Transport "NekoPos" .
【About Shipping Fees】
Free shipping anywhere in Japan
* If you prefer "Takkyubin" (courier service), a flat fee of 1,100 yen applies nationwide. (Free shipping for orders over 5,500 yen including tax)
* For Takkyubin to Okinawa and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is Required (relay fee is not eligible for free shipping)
* For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.

The following shipping fees apply for overseas delivery.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds
【About Fees】
For cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds due to customer reasons, the following fees will be charged.
■ Before shipment: 1,100 yen
■ After shipment: 1,100 yen + shipping fee
【When Returns Are Accepted】
・Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened and within 7 days of arrival. Please contact our support center (support@nipponsim.jp).
・Returns after opening are not accepted.
【About Return Shipping Fees】
・In case of initial defects, we will bear the cost.
・For customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
【About Refunds】
・Full refunds will be made in cases of initial defects or company reasons.
