1. Purchase of product
Order the Charge WiFi Router on this website.

2. Receive the product
The WiFi router will be delivered to your registered address.

3. Turn on the router
Turn on the WiFi router that was delivered to you.

4. Connect to WiFi
Select the WiFi SSID (network name) on your device and enter the password to connect.

Shipping and delivery

【Shipping Schedule】
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day

The shipping number will be emailed to you once shipping preparation is complete.

【About Shipping】
Delivery will be by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin .

【About Shipping Fees】
Free shipping anywhere in Japan
*For Takkyubin to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of 1,100 yen is Required
*For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.

【About Overseas Shipping】
This product cannot be shipped overseas.
If an order is placed with an international shipping address, it will be canceled.
