【About sending eSIM】
1. After purchase, you will receive an "activation code (alphanumeric characters)" and a "setting guide" to your registered email address.
2. After applying for activation, you will receive an eSIM QR code.
【About handling QR codes】
■ Once an eSIM QR code has been scanned, it cannot be rescanned or reused on a different device.
■ Returns and refunds cannot be accepted after scanning.

Usage procedure
1. Purchase of product
Purchase this product on our website.
2. Receive email
You will receive the following email address to your registered email address:
■ "Activation code (alphanumeric)"
■ "Setup guide"
2. Apply for activation (up to 2 days before travel)
Follow the steps in the setup guide and enter the "activation code" into our form to apply.
3. Receive QR code
Within 24 hours of completing the application, the "eSIM QR code" will be sent to the email address you entered.
4. Set up and start using on-site
After arriving at the destination, scan the QR code and set up the eSIM to use it.

- Please apply for activation at least 2 days before your trip, and set up the eSIM after you arrive at your destination.
- Please display the QR code on a different device or print it out on paper.
- When setting up the eSIM, a stable Internet connection such as via WiFi is Required.

Delivery is considered complete when you receive the email with the eSIM QR code attached. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer convenience after delivery will not be accepted.
