【About the Product】
This product is an additional data plan exclusively for Rechargeable Mobile WiFi.
Only applicable to Charge WiFi routers (AIR-1) purchased from our company.
If the router was purchased from a different company, your order will be canceled.

When ordering, you will need the IMEI number of the Rechargeable Mobile WiFi you are using.
The IMEI number is written on the product package (box).

【Usage period】
You can use it for 365 days from the start of use or until the charged data capacity is used up. If you want to continue using it, you can purchase an additional data plan.

【About adding data plans】
■ You can add data plans as many times as you need when you need them.
■ When the plan you are currently using ends, the next plan will automatically start, so you can use data without waste and it is economical.
■ If you charge before the data runs out, you won't have to worry about running out of capacity and not being able to use it.

Shipping and delivery

【How to add data】
After purchase, the data plan will be added via the cloud to the specified Rechargeable Mobile WiFi with the registered【IMEI number】.
Once the data has been successfully added, a "Data Addition Complete" email will be sent to your registered email address.

【Data addition schedule】
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be added on the same day
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be added sequentially from the next business day onwards

【Notes】
・Depending on the email service you use, you may not be able to receive the "Addition complete" email or it may be sorted into your "spam folder".
・If you are unable to receive the email, please set up your email to receive emails from the domain 【@dhamobile.jp】.
・If you are unsure of how to set up or if you are unable to receive the email, please contact the customer center.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

【About fees】
In the case of cancellation, exchange, or refund due to customer's convenience, a fee of 1,100 yen will be charged.

【About delivery】
Delivery is considered complete when the data has been added. Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations due to customer's convenience after delivery will not be accepted.

【About refunds】
- If the cancellation is due to our convenience, we will provide a full refund.
- Refunds due to customer's convenience will incur the same fee as above.
