This product is a physical SIM card.

【Usage Period】
The day you start using the SIM (the day it is activated) will be counted as "Day 1".
For example, whether you activate it at 9:00 AM or 11:00 PM, the same calendar day will be considered "Day 1".
The final day of the usage period is valid until 11:59 PM of that day.

Usage start deadline

Within 6 months of purchase
Please be sure to start using the service within the expiration date.
You will no longer be able to use the service after the expiration date.

2. Receive the product
The SIM card will be delivered to your registered address.

3. Set up and start using
Insert the SIM card into your device and follow the setup guide to set it up and you can start using it.

Shipping and delivery

【Shipping Schedule】
■ Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day
■ Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day

The tracking number will be sent to you via email once the shipment is ready.

*If you prefer "Takkyubin" (courier service), a flat rate of 1,100 yen will be charged nationwide. (Free shipping for home delivery on orders over ¥5,500 including tax)
*For home delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, an additional relay fee of ¥1,100 is Required (This fee is not covered by the free shipping offer)
*For the "Airport Post Office Pickup Service", a fee of ¥1,650 is charged.

Good coverage, fast data speeds & easy to purchase

Good mobile network coverage with sufficient data speeds. Purchasing the SIM card was easy and with the additional 30% discount was good value for money. Much cheaper than what the known eSIM providers offer for the same amount of data.
Collecting the SIM at the airport was easy and straightforward. The limiting factor is the opening times of the airport post office.
