Usage procedure

Within 1 minute of completing your purchase, the "eSIM QR code" will be displayed on the "Thank You page" on your screen.

2. Receiving Email
The following contents will also be sent to your registered email address.

■ "Setup guide"
*Even if you close the Thank You page, you can still check the details from the email.
*If you purchase multiple items, you will receive a separate email for each one. (e.g., if you purchase 3 items, you will receive 3 emails)

3. Local Setup and Start of Use
After arriving at your destination, follow the setup guide to scan the QR code and set up the eSIM to start using it immediately.

【Notes】
・Please display the QR code on another device or print it on paper to scan. Alternatively, if it is displayed on your smartphone screen, you can also scan it by long-pressing the QR code.
・A stable internet connection, such as via WiFi, is required when setting up the eSIM.

About cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds

The following fees will be charged for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.
■ Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations: 1,650 JPY
■ Product Exchanges: 1,100 JPY
*If the product has already been dispatched, additional shipping costs will be applied.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred during returns or exchanges.

【Delivery Policy】
Delivery shall be considered complete at the time the "eSIM QR code" is displayed on the Thank You page. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations requested for customer convenience after delivery completion will not be accepted.

【About refunds】
- If the cancellation is due to our company's convenience, we will provide a full refund.
